Sensory Inclusive Haircuts

Barber’s Blueprint has partnered with Kulture City to create a sensory-inclusive ‘safe space’ for children with autism to get a haircut in a fun, caring atmosphere. Working with KultureCity, Barber’s Blueprint owner, Arthur, trained to become certified and has developed a special barber shop experience for young clientele on the spectrum, for whom a haircut in a noisy barbershop can be overwhelming. The experience includes a sensory-inclusive bag, developed with KultureCity, contains noise cancelling headphones, fidget toys, comfort pads and other gadgets designed to comfort your child during the haircut.
